My SIL's sister-in-law has the CUTEST little baby boy. He has these great big blue eyes and these chubby cheeks and the sweetest smile. He's basically irresistible :)
This past summer, at one of my nephews birthday party, she asked me if I could make her a drawstring bag to carry around her son's change of clothes.
She said that it didn't need to be fancy or lined or anything.
Yeah, right. You KNOW I had to line it.
Anyway, here it is:
It's a pretty standard drawstring bag, nothing to special about it. I was going to make it like I did here or here, but, while surfing Pinterest I came across Jeni's super cute and easy lined drawstring bag tutorial. So, I just followed her tutorial instead! I just changed the size, since I needed mine a little smaller. It was very VERY easy and so fun not to have to think too much! Just some fun and fast sewing. My favorite kind :)
Anyways, don't you just love the fabric?!
Boy fabric has come a long way!
And here's some more, just for fun :)
Anyway, that's all for today. I have some other stuff I want to post (I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, if you follow me on facebook). But we'll leave that for another day :)
Enjoy your day!

Ooh! Great job! Where did you get the fabric?
ReplyDeleteSO sorry for the late reply! All fabric is from the Fat Quarter Shop. Here's a link! http://www.fatquartershop.com/
